The project paired 8 youngsters with 1-2 municipality workers to facilitate learning and feedback exchange through offline and online sessions and activities.
Through the project, junior coaches, municipalities, and organizers explored opportunities for involving youth in decision-making processes and how to build effective communication.
The junior coaches expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to provide feedback on the actions of municipalities, as well as for building relationships with each other and workers face-to-face.
The participants gained insight into the internal workings of municipalities and their processes, and they developed a greater level of trust in the actions of municipalities.
