One of the most important things in working with young people at the Office is overcoming the barrier of formalities, which discourage young people. The room where I work is always open for them, even when I am not there, they can freely use it - after lessons, before meetings or just come to talk. Recently, when I wasn't at work, they came after school and recorded a tik tok in my room :)
