Youth councils in Flanders is a common thing. Each municipality has to organise a youth council. The official task is to give advise to the council about youth policy. They have to know what's going on with children and young people in the municipality. To know what's going on you need to organise participation in one way or another. It's not easy to organise participation for a youth council. Together we thought about a way how to do it. "A digital idea-box were you can swipe trough ideas" was the answer of the youth councils...
