Democracy Reloading Stakeholder Conference Report

There were 75 participants from 17 countries (Austria, Belgium FL/FR, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain) from 64 organizations taking part in the event. Participants were experienced and practitioners (mostly from local municipal authorities), devoted and actively contributing to the collective effort of sharing, learning and networking. With this event we launched the Democracy Reloading Partnership, we had a fascinating keynote speech, two interesting panel discussions for food for thought, 17 mini workshops of practises and resources, we presented the concept and the activities of the 7 year Partnership and discussed them in working groups (receiving valuable ideas and proposals). Partners who were represented, European Commission (online), Council of Europe, European Youth Forum, ALDA, InterCity Youth, Portuguese NA and the state secretary of youth (online), Mayor of Portimáo.
